Senior Manager, Due Diligence Solutions
The Senior Manager, Due Diligence Solutions plays a key role in the continuing market success of Due Diligence but may also be called on to assist other teams in Data Strategy with special projects from time to time, according to their individual skills and knowledge.
Understand process of developing and implementing key performance improvement indicators and its tracking, other Due Diligence reporting and data solutions.
Review Due Diligence workflows with an eye to improving process quality and providing system automation recommendations and strategies to manage solutions and data efficiently.
Work closely with Due Diligence Managers to identify any gaps and faults in current processes and suggest recommendations.
Look to provide workflow integration/ automation opportunities across the Due Diligence teams
Organize efficient workflows within the Due Diligence team.
Communicate effectively with key Due Diligence and R&C stakeholders to watch out for areas of overlap and collaboration opportunities
Assist in the development and refinement of research methodologies and research tools/efficiencies, quality-assurance, and all other Due Diligence processes
Reach out to other relevant groups in Data Strategy and Dow Jones to share research and analysis best practices and advice
Lead the efforts on the guidance, development and automation on the Due Diligence Country Profiles
Work with relevant Due Diligence Managers on performance Improvement planning initiatives and its tracking.
Must be able to clearly relay assignments and provide detailed feedback to the relevant Managers and provide advice and recommendations.
Solid understanding of Due Diligence business, content sets and processes is a must.
Ability to take ownership of and work independently to manage projects through to completion
Detail-orientation, thoroughness, reliability, and ability to prioritize required.
Supports and embraces change, challenges status quo
Analytical thinking, abstract reasoning, creative problem-solving, independent decision-making are a must
Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions).
